What it is

NEON stands for No Exploitation Of Non-Humans. The action is an abolitionist format under the umbrella of RICHTIG! LAUT! VEGAN! / RADICAL! LOUD! VEGAN!. Its goal is the complete abolition of animal exploitation, including for food, clothing, animal testing, entertainment and pet breeding.

Flow and roles

Activists stand with signs representing exploited species.
Vegan messages are played or spoken over loudspeakers.
Outreach people hold direct conversations with the public.
Conversations may be filmed.
Other roles include setup, materials, DJ booth or organizing.

Clothing and materials

The NEON Protest uses black clothing. Signs, sound, flyers and other materials are coordinated by the local unit.

Holding a sign, filming conversations or helping with setup are possible first roles; microphone/outreach only when it fits.
